Another great message on 2012 delivered from the eloquent and beautiful (inside and out!) Jasmuheen. This woman and the work she has done for humanity is truly amazing. She has learned to live off of Prana and rarely eats. These people call themselves Breatharians. I believe this is the next step in our evolution and ascension. People are already doing it! I find that when I meditate and get very expanded outside of the 3rd dimension, I get so full of the Divine that I lose my appetite.
Jasmuheen is also known for her guided meditations and activations and let me tell you, they are incredible! By far, the best guided meditations I have ever done. They can be purchased on her website or even on iTunes. She also has some shorter, sample meditations on her YouTube channel. Whoa! This is totally what my training this year is all about: facing the shadow. It can be some pretty scary territory, but is an essential part of healing and self-growth. Ever heard of negative pleasure? Like when you reach for someone or something when you know it will give you pain? Or when you keep checking an ex’s social networking account? (not that I do that or anything hehe) That’s the shadow-self. The first step is being able to identify it.
The best material I have come across to assist in identifying and transforming the lower-self, shadow (whatever you like to call it), is in the book Fear No Evilby Eva Pierrakos. The material is actually channeled through her Guide. The book is required reading for The Barbara Brennan School of Healing (That’s how I came across it). Her channeled lectures, which took place between 1957-1979, are the foundation of The Pathwork. Her lectures are disbursed throughout several books and are incredibly rich with wisdom from the higher realms!
